Crushing Calories

Crushing calories during the government shutdown (covid-19) of gym facilities prohibit many of us from carrying out our typical workout regimen. With no sign of the coronavirus slowing down, it may feel as if the physique you are chasing is no longer attainable. Lack of equipment and resources can put a real strain on progress. Gym memberships and workout routines are hindered, but you don’t have to be another statistic.

The good news is you can follow social distancing parameters and still attain your goals. Unless you are looking to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, then you are the exception. But for the rest of us, staying active, maintaining our strength, and managing our weight are all of great importance to us.
